    status shows that the refund has been transferred to my accont on 11.12.17 but the issue is that the amont still not reflecting in my accont even aftr sending mail with bank statement in pdf format as desired by irctc

    on dated 9.12.2017 my train 12715 sachkhand exp was cancelled . managed somehow to return to my destination but the refund amount still not credited to my account . Also mailed a complainet to IRCTC with a bank statement in PDF formate but of no use .

    mostly i use online ticketing and this is good too but facing this type of problem , while not fixing the problem is not justified

    so i request you to please resolve the issue and do arrange to refund the amount of RS 3010/- in my account as soon as possible

    Dear IRCTC, train no : 22698, PNR : 4856789255, dare of journey :29 Oct 2017(Chennai to yeshwanthpur)

    Passanger boarded at Bangarpet station is carrying pets in coach S1-24.. Most of the passengers informed TT however no response and attended till now, it is almost 2 hours.. Could you send RPF and TT who can be customer oriented at the earliest.. It is inconvenience for almost 18-20 passenger with 4-5 small kids around.. Helpline 138 and 182 not responding.. Numbers are ringing, none to pick and take the concern

    Dear Sir, I got the PHP handicap ID card to day. But when I book the tkts online, it returns with an error that the “valid up to record and what you have entered miss match”. I have entered the valid up to date given in the ID card. Can you tell me how to resolve. this issue, with out which I am unable to book any tickets online.

    I journey from gkp to koaa PURBANCHAL EXP On 21st March 2017 I purchased a 4 meal after receiving the food then i full payment then I go eat all the food are dirty & smell then i complain him caterer he not come again then i searching all the coach but not seen again…i also my mony Sir i request to you please arrest him & punishment to caterer.. Sir i want to better service idea all the coaches in postering in the coach cabin caterer name & phone number or substitute you know for better MD serajuddin +4 coach no s/11 birth no 56

      You may Take immediately action against them through Call on 138 Toll Free Number as many Passengers are complaint and action taken by Railway Staff quickly you will Also Get Message of reports/Action taken by them. If Still you not Satisfied with the answer or etc send Tweet to Rail Ministry with your PNR,Contact etc details as this method also most popular for immediate compliant to higher authority.

      In Booking of Window ticket there is also Provision to Make Mobile Number, If you mention it then check may be you have SMS for bookings.

      Please note that reservation offices can change ‘Boarding Station’ & ‘Passenger Name’ against a request from the passenger as per extant railway rules applicable to other face to face counter booked tickets.

      Visit Nearest Railway Counter with Original ID and Ticket, Write application attached with it. at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of train as per extant Railway rules.

      As i can understand you unable to find boarding details. Boarding details available on top of online ticket and bottom site in Counter tickets. If still any problem post PNR Number i’ll knowing you the boarding details.
