How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    i have canceled a ticket.it is showing “CAN” on status.They masseged me “you will be refunded shortly”.but still didnt get the money.cant file a TDR and in Refund status there is no record .customer care not responding to my call..what to do ? pls help

      Once you Cancelled your Ticket the Refund Amount Auto credited in your Same Booking Payment Account within 2-4 working Days. You can check the refund status through your irctc account Follow the post steps.

    i have cancelled my RAC ticket 3 days ago from my IRCTC account and i would have to book my ticket again for next date but still i am waiting for my refundable amount but i didn’t get. Its urgent, What should i do now?

      It’s Auto Credit Process You will Get Refund within 2-4 Working Days as per Rules in Same Payment Source.

    In the month of September,2016 I have cancelled 5 tickets of PNR No-4740368183 ,Train:17016 of 02/10/16, fare amount Rs.3475/-. But, surprisingly, till now I haven`t received the refund amount to my account.This is not fair on the part of department like IRCTC.That is my hard earned money and not black money. I will be thankful to the staff of IRCTC Dept.if anybody reads this message and helps me to get my refund amount.With that amount I can pay the fees of my son`s school for one quarter.But it is very small amount for IRCTC.

      You may Check the refund status through your registered irctc account, Also first carefully check the debit bank account because it’s auto refund process in case cancel by Passenger or Automatic Waiting cancellation Amount credit same bank account within 2-4 working days.

      For more information you may call or send email to irctc through your register email ID with Transaction details.

      You can check the status under transaction/cancelled History, It will take 3 – 4 working days (Don’t Count Holiday/Week offs). You will Get Refunds Soon..No need to Worry.

    Dear admin, good morning. my transaction is done but my ticket is not booked ,it is failed. i check my Failed Transaction History there show “tansaction id, dt of jrny, rsvtion status – not booked, payment status – Payment Requested, in Failure Reason-FAILED. pls tell me what happen ?? and my money………and one more thing i see that –
    Rejected from bank [transaction id ……here id no ……..]
    you can choose another payment optionand try again. (what is this ??? becouse payment deduction from my account)

      Payment Debit but ticket not booked in this type cases auto credit done into same debit account within 3-4 Working Days.

      Possible While booking you choose Paytm as Payment Gateway So that the status shows like this. It’s Auto Process, I am Sure You will get your refund Shortly don’t worry.

    i have cancelled a ticket and two transactions were failed on irctc its been 7 days my refund status showing sent to bank but i haven’t received money in my account i have contacted to bank but they refuse to say anything about it

      Well i Failed Transaction Cases Auto Refund Process, Some time it will take 1-2 days more time displays in your Banking transaction list.

    I booked a ticket but booking failed due to unavailability of choiced berth, fare debited from my account is yet to be refunded. I have mailed care@irctc twice but refund not forthcoming. Since booking failedetails I don’t have any reference numbers etc to locate my (failed) booking.

    Dear Sir,

    This is Arvind Verma, I had booked ticket through irctc login internet on 23 December 2016 on date 02/01/2017 Chennai to Bhopal for two passenger using paytm gateway for my UCO Bank debit visa card. but it’s show waiting list on 1st January before train schedules. I had cancel my ticket through using Irctc login Id.
    But till date I am not receiving my refunds amount in my bank account and in my irctc login id shown cancel ticket refunds amount status is paytmag to sent to bank status.

    Kindly help me for refunds my amount in my bank account.

      Don’t Worry, The refund money first gets credited in paytm’s virtual bank “PAYTMAG” and that after, the account from where the payment has been made is identified correctly and that particular account is credited within 2–3 working days.

    Refund status shows “Sent To Bank” but Refund date not given ,what it means?

      It means Refund send to your Same bank account and within 1-2 days you can check the amount under transaction.

    I HAVE BOOKED TATKAL TICKET FOR SIMHAPURI THROUGH PAYTM .WITHIN ONE MINUTE TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL BUT IRCTC DOESNT CONFIRMED TICKETS.IT SAYING PAYMENT FAILED .I GOT CONFUSED .BUT PAYMENT HAS DONE.WHERE CAN I GET INFORMATION REGARDING THIS.

    Hi Team,

    I cancelled PNR 8351884673 on 26th Dec 2016. The status shows that the amount has been refunded in Paytm bank. But i would like to bring you in notice that i did the payment from my Debit card and i havn’t received the payment till now in my Debit card, i didnt use any Paytm account for booking. Please let me know the reason for the same, it would be very helpful.

    I have tried to book two tickets in BHAGIRATHI EXP (13103) on 23rd December, 2016. But, unfortunately I didn’t get ticket and Rs. 190 deducted from my bank account.
    Transaction ID is 100000689141297. IRCTC Refund Status shows REFUNDED. But, in bank statement we haven’t found any amount till now. Please have a look in this matter.

    when click on cancel ticket history is ask password .
    as soon i give password it shows session expired, i tried 10 times.

      Once you login there is only again need to password if you are changing in Profile else no password needed.

    Sir I am booked tickets 31 Dec 2016 train no 12715 Aurangabad to new Delhi My waiting list was before chart prepared 47 and after chart prepared 15
    So I was not confirmed ticket but up to date no message no refund received me

      Fully Waiting list for E-ticket got auto cancelled after chart preparation if not confirmed, Refund also done within time period automatically..

    I booked KYJ to NDLS through irctc connect app. I cancelled my ticket on 22.12.2016 and after 12 days till now I don’t get my refund. The main problem is that I can’t check my refund status in http://www.irctc.co.in there is no record of that pnr number in this site but it shows in the app that ticket is cancel mod and no refund status is available. When I try to login through the link given in the app “services.irctc.co.in” it show as “you have been migrated to next generation e ticketing website of IRCTC. Please login through irctc.co.in”. When will I get my refund or how can I check the status? Please help.

    Hi,

    I tried booking train tickets through irctc e-booking using paytm wallet on 23/12/2016. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet, but the ticket booking was not successful. The status in paytm transaction history shows Success, but the failed transaction history in IRCTC shows ‘Payment Failed’ for transaction id 100000689926728. I’ve got a confirmation from Paytm customer care that the transaction was successful from their end and i need to contact IRCTC for the refund.

    I wrote an email to care@irctc.co.in and got assigned a ticket #4670147, but there has been no progress after that. Is there a way to track the progress with this ticket id? How many days does it usually take for irctc to respond to the complaint tickets? Is there any other process to initiate the refunds for failed transactions?
