How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    Sir I cancel e ticket Pnr 2225583782 amount debited in Allahabad bank but after cancelations amount refunded in Kodak mahindra bank date 23/12/2016 not credit my same account what I do

      Send Email to IRCTC if you sure amount not refunded in the Same debited Account.

      In Transaction Failed Case 100% debited amount credited in Same Bank Account within 2-4 Working Days auto.

      Oh… Make Sure Ticket Not Booked also Checked under Failed Transaction to Check Refund Status, In Case Amount Debit But Ticket Not Booked Money auto Refunded within 2-4 Days.

    I booked train tickets through irctc app in Oct2016 for journey in Dec 2016 with credit card later I cancelled my credit card in Nov 2016 but just 2 days back I cancelled train tickets how can I get the refund since my credit card is under cancellation

    Hi I booked ticket on PQWL for pongal.From tambaram to kumbakonam..I Cancelled my ticket immediately on 21st dec bcoz of in waiting list..but still amount not refunded..if I login to irctc n see refund status it is showing like refunded on some PAYTMAG bank..how to reclaim my amount

      Amount Will Refund/Credit on Same Account of Payment debit. More details send email to irctc through your registered email ID.

    I have booked my ticket with IRCTC app n the is not filling from the app ,so I open the IRCTC login from Googl but from opening my IRCTC account from Google i.e not from IRCTC app there is no record of my booked ticket.what to do know…how I’ll get refund amount

    I had cancelled a ticket ,the refund status is showing that the amount has been refunded but I still have not received the amount.ADMIN what should I do to get the amount back or should I contact someone about my query.

    My refund amount for a cancelled ticket is not yet received ..
    My transaction ID is 100000676738375
    Transaction date is 12 /12 /2016
    Cancellation ID / Refund ID is 10000132675331
    I have book a ticket for four person to travel from LTT to HTE at LTT Hatia Exp. Journey date was 19th dec 2016 . But I cancelled the ticket on 12th Dec 2016 .. on IRCTC account it is showing that my refund amount is transferred to my bank account . But on my bank account I still didn’t got the refund amount ..
    I request you Sir/Mam to please inquire and help me to get back my refund amount as soon as possible.. for that I’ll be greatfull for you

    HI,
    I tried to book a ticket from HTE to YPR and i have checked “Book, only if at least 1 lower berth is allotted” check box, and proceeded with the booking.. But i think any lower seat was not available, thats why i could not able to book ticket, but money got deducted from my bank account.
    I want to ask weather i will get my money back.? Is there any procedure to get the money back.?

    I Booked a e-ticket PNR Number 8253151834 for 6 passengers under WL for train number 11019 to journey on 11-12-2016. After that my e-ticket status turned into RLWL. Finally i got only one passenger confirmation on the time of journey where remaining 5 passengers are at RL WL. So i canceled the journey without canceled the e-ticket.

    Will the refund apply for the remaining 5 passengers ticket fare or not?

    How can i apply for it?

      As you confirmed One Ticket was Confirmed and Other in Waiting, So auto-done process not apply Here, You need to File TDR for Other Waiting Ticket Cancellation within Time Period. For more details send email to irctc.

    I booking a Ticket through@ irctc. Current status was W/L 55 after chart prepared status was W/L 12.Then it cancel automaticaly.
    I recive a message “Your ticket is cancle and refound money”.But it not refund my account.

      Refund Done within 3-5 Working Days Automatically as per Rules…And cancellation done automatic if ticket Status Fully Waiting list after Chart Prepared.

     i’m Rituparna Nath. I booked a ticket using mobile app on 3/12/2016 in SIL GHY express but the train was cancelled on 10/12/2016. But im not refunded Rs 1300 till now. I called irctc customer care, he told me that money was refunded on 14/12/2016.But im not getting. Can you plz solve this problem.

    Dear Sir,

    I Sebom Mukherjee trying to book a tikit from NJP to JP date of jurney was 23 December. First I tried to book the tikit but failed to book and amount deducted from my account . Then my wife also try to do the same again amount deducted but no tikit issued .

    when we check in irctc site we found only one refund is showing I mail to care irctc only system generated tikit no came as reply. IRCTC #4523669 [IRCTC #4526470]

    Please guide us for next step.

      Check the Failed Transaction list status, also you can track through transaction ID.
