How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    Dear Sir,

    i m use irctc online booking id ritarasmi and i also
    booking on 3 jul-2017 three time booking ticket through your sight all
    three time trans id 100000897295304- 100000897290232 and
    100000897235551 all three time payment deduct my account but ticket
    not book and all three time transaction are fail but till today not
    receive my account but your sight refund AMOUNT PAID BUT TILL TODAY
    ALL TIME THREE TIME RS 5070 NOT RECEIVE AMOUNT SO PL URGENT SO PL
    CHECK THE SAME AND URGENT CREDIT SAME AMOUNT IN ACCOUNT TWO TIME
    CREDIT MY VIJAYA BANK AND ONE TIME IN AXIS BANK
    SO NEEDFUL TO US A ALSO CALL BUT NOT TILL TODAY RECEIVE SAME AMOUNT

      Check your all Failed Transaction Status through your IRCTC Account.

      In Case Failed Transaction 100% Amount Refunded Within 5-7 Working days.

    I am booking 7 tickets in 27/06/2017 by irctc but next day train was cancelled without any reason then i have not received my ticket amount so please refund my amount as soon as possible

      Failed Transaction refund Status Can be checked through IRCTC Account.

      In Failed Transaction Cases 100% Refund Amount Credited Within 5-7 Working Days.

    Sir…. I also cancelled my tickets which I booked many days before….but still didn’t get my refund…. my last due date to my ticket is 16 July….
    Why it is taking more time to get refund back?

    booked ticked on 8 jully 2017Rmu to lko lku hwh exp (12354)but trasaction failed it’s show payment settled late it’s happon 2 time inrefund section is show 439.38 send to bank but till now it ‘s not send to bank my two payment fail transtion id is-100000897209988 and 2nd is-100000897209932

    I had filed a tdr under pnr no. 2432718662 for rs. 435, and same refunded by railways to IRCTC vide GPO no. 38014 and is being sent through Sr financial advisor/ Traffic Account, Jodhpur.
    So i request you to kindly refund me the same.

    Dear Sir
    I have book railway ticket on (1) 23.06.17 PNR No. 2661453264, booked on (2) 24.06.17 PNR No. 2233285311 and cancel on 24.06.17 and (3) book on 26.06.17 but transaction type FAILED and amount deducted from my account.

    Today i see in IRCTC site refund status where refund status shows REFUNDED but till date we have not receive the amount of three transaction in my bank account.

    i have not received the refund for cancellation of e ticket so far in my bank account. my refund id which is being shown on irctc website is

    and my transaction id and date for booking is 11-Jun-2017

    the amount to be refunded was Rs 6150

      Check the status of your refund Transaction.

      Normally Refunds take 5-7 Working Days as you Mention here only Booking Date instead of Cancellation Date.

      Anyway for Get More Information kindly Send email to irctc through your registered Email ID.

      In Case Failed Transaction (Amount Deducted but Ticket Not Booked) First Check your Last Transaction and Make sure the Transaction was Failed.

      In Case of Transaction Failed You Will Get 100% Deducted Amount back to your Account Within 5-7 Working Days.

    Sir I booked a ticket by travel operator the waiting list was pqwl/33 and the chart was prepared as per my pnr status. After 3 days I went to travel operator for getting the refund he says he doesn’t get any confirmation so what is the remedy for me

      E-Ticket Auto Cancelled in Case Not Confirmed After Final Chart Prepared.

      Agents Penalties If Point of sale fraud – complaints of overcharging, non-payment of refunds like TDR refund claims, non-refund of cancellation amount, charging of cancellation charges etc.
      1.A penalty of Rs.20,000/- per complaint will be imposed and
      2.A penalty of double the amount of such overcharging/non-payment will be imposed and
      3.The RSP ID of such outlet will be permanently deactivated.
      4.Case will also be referred to RPF if found indulge in touting activity using personal ID.

    Hi am abhinav I booked ticked on 22 June 2017 HWH TO VSKP BUT TRANSACTIONS failed it’s shows payment settled late it’s happen 2 time and in refund section it show 460rs send to bank but till now it’s not send to bank . My two payment transition failed

      Failed Transaction Refunds Normally Take 5-7 Working Days.

      If Still you Will not Got your refund Send Email to IRCTC through your registered irctc Account.

    I tried booking a ticket on 27 June 2017 (Transaction ID: 100000890111555). However, the transaction failed due to unavailability of confirmed berths. However, an amount of INR 2980 was debited from my account. As per the ‘Failed Transaction History’, the Transaction ID is being shown as ‘Payment Settled’ and ‘Not Booked’. However, the same transaction ID is not being shown on the ‘Ticket Refund History’. Now I am unable to track the progress of my refund process. Kindly suggest.

    I have cancelled my To & Fro tickets on 13/06/2017 and status is showing refunded under transaction ID : 100000166693299 & 100000166693304 to PAYTMAG bank, I want to know how to get refund from PAYTMAG Bank (Procedure)

    I have booked ticket using debit card ( bank of baroda ) & Paytm gateway for tatkal tickets but booking status shown reservation failed. the amount is refunded to PAYTMAG. i saw in paytm wallet and and also in bank account but not yet recived any refund amount ..is this proper working of irctc .or it is full fraud with india.

    I am Haridas Ghosh. i cancelled a ticket from Nagpur to Howrah in 12/6/17. The journey date was 3/7/17. Pnr was 8259985263. I my irctc account it’s showing that the amount has been refunded. But that amount has not yet been credited to my bank account.
