How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your irctc.co.in Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

If you found Any Issue Just Post your Issue in Comments, You will Get Best Solution.

    I have cancelled two e-tickets on last week Friday, out of which I have got one ticket refund into my CITI account.
    But for the second ticket it says the refund has been sent to HDFC. How come the refund goes to HDFC?? when I booked the ticket through CITI account.

    I have yet not received the refund in my bank account. The status on the IRCTC website account shows that the same has been REFUNDED.
    Can you please help us get the refund and provide information as to in which bank account the refund will be received.

    Dear IRCTC,
    I was trying to book 4 tickets from Bina to Pune and the journey date is 11 December, 2017. But the tickets not booked but the Rs. 2101/- payment debited from my bank account.

    Also, I had called with IRCTC customer care and they told me that attach your account statement and send to care@irctc.co.in.

    I have sent the account statement to care@irctc.co.in. Now, almost 24 days went from booking date but not yet refunded my deducted amount in my bank account.

    Still, I am calling customer care and they are just saying that you will get your amount as soon as possible.

    Booking date 29 October 2017
    Journey date: 11 December 2017
    Transaction ID: 100001032242805
    Failure Reason: Choice of at least 1 lower berth not met
    Deducted amount: Rupees 2101/-

    Hello sir. This is with reference to the tickets which i booked on 16 nov 2017 in kashi express 15017. It shows transaction failure but the amount was debited twice. Following are my transaction details:

      Make Sure Both Transaction Failed and Check once Ticket Not Booked.

      You Do no need to DO Anything. Your 100% Debited Amount Credited within 7 Working Days from IRCTC.
      Check Failed Transaction Status After 7 Working Days.

        But if irctc says TXNs 100001052749876 & 100001052749839 were settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. Then how can get refund???
        Plz suggest some way.

    I had cancelled a confirmed ticket of Howrah Duronto express on 19th September ,but haven’t received the refund till date.The ticket details are provided below

    I booked e-ticket from Channai to Bangalore on 4th November through irctc website. Money transferred to IRCTC but didn’t receive ticket. Money not returned. Bank gave transaction reference number 952088. Sent a mail to IRCTC and got a IRCTC ticket ID: IRCTC #7200956. Please return money as soon as possible.

    Refund status of tickets cancellation done in Jul is not showing under refund status. Earlier it was showing that amount refunded to Paytm account but still it is not refunded in Paytm wallet. Also I do not have Paytm bank account.

    I have tried to book ticket from irctc app. Failed 5times. 145rupess got cut 5 times from my debit card. 7days are over and my money is still not refunded.it has been a month since i wrote this complaint to irctc. they are not even responding. please refund my money.

      Except TDR All Refund Process are Automatic. Check the refund Status and also your Bank transaction.

      As 7 Working Days Over Hope you will Get refund this week.

      As already Over Month, Please Check the Cancellation Status and Once Recheck your Bank Transaction.

      If Still you Not Found your Refund Send mail to IRCTC Care through your Registered Email ID mention the transaction details and PNR.
      After email you will Get quick Reply With Reference Number. Keep wait for some working days you will Get another reply with Complete details.

    I have tried to book tickets in IRCTC on 31 October 2017. (More than 11 days). But the ticket booking failed as there was no response from bank. However, Rs: 2195 has been debited from my bank account.. on checking the website, there is no record found in ‘Refund History’ tab
    The details available only in the ‘Failed Transaction’ folder and the status reflects as ‘Transfer Failed.’

      Normally Refunds take 7 Working Days, But atleast in Failed Transaction Status Must as Payment Settled or Etc.

    Hello,

    I have booked 2 tickets (from DR to VM dated 13/10/2017) and 3 tickets (MAS to CSTM dated 21/10/2017) in 2AC. I cancelled both the journey on 03/10/2017 and 01/10/2017 respectively. But still I’m not received my refund amount. See the below details for cancellation tickets.

    Kindly check my refund amount status and when I will get these refund amount.

      Also Want to Know that Refund process are Fully Auto as already 20+ Working Days Over, Check your banking Transaction Properly.

      If Still you not Got Refund then Follow Below Steps.
      Send Email to care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in through your Registered Email ID with Mention Details like PNR,Transaction Details etc.
      After mail you will Get Reply Immediately with Reference Number, After Some Working Days you will Get another mail with Complete details under same reference number.

    Sir I have booked tatkal ticket but transaction was dropped by IRCTC as unavailability of seat. Money was deducted and msg from IRCTC came that money will be refunded. After two days it shows on website money refunded on 30 October but money has not been credited to my account yet. I tried toll free no of IRCTC mail them no response pls help
