How to Check your Cancelled or Failed E-Ticket Refund Process/Status from IRCTC website?

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR any communication failure but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund. Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your irctc.co.in Account

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

If you found Any Issue Just Post your Issue in Comments, You will Get Best Solution.

    I have cancelled ticket PNR no2562209781 on dated 10/10/2017,transaction id100000906966647, cancelation id 100000189871633, but refund is not received yet. So please clear this issue asap

    I doing tatkal ticket 29th oct .but ticket is not booked but the amount of 600 get debited frm my account with

      You Can Check through status of your Refund.

      No need to do Anything. Auto Credit 100% Debit amount within 7 Working days.

    I cancelled my tickets on 14/10/2017.till now I have not got the refund. I Hv raised the issue with the website care@irctc
    I keep getting automated complain tickets but the issue is not resolved

    Sir I have booked tatkal ticket but transaction was dropped by IRCTC as unavailability of seat. Money was deducted and msg from IRCTC came that money will be refunded. After two days it shows on website money refunded on 30 October but money has not been credited to my account yet. I tried toll free no of IRCTC mail them no response pls help

    Hello,

    I have booked 2 tickets (from DR to VM dated 13/10/2017) and 3 tickets (MAS to CSTM dated 21/10/2017) in 2AC. I cancelled both the journey on 03/10/2017 and 01/10/2017 respectively. But still I’m not received my refund amount. See the below details for cancellation tickets.

    DR to VM – Cancellation ID 100000188269441, PNR 8160639818

    MAS to CSTM – Cancellation ID 100000187512984, PNR 4233283487

    Kindly check my refund amount status and when I will get these refund amount.

      Check the Refund Status.
      Also Want to Know that Refund process are Fully Auto as already 20+ Working Days Over, Check your banking Transaction Properly.

      If Still you not Got Refund then Follow Below Steps.
      Send Email to care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in through your Registered Email ID with Mention Details like PNR,Transaction Details etc.
      After mail you will Get Reply Immediately with Reference Number, After Some Working Days you will Get another mail with Complete details under same reference number.

        Thanks for your information. But I already sent email to care@irctc.co.in with my transactions details. Still I’m not getting any positive response. Anyway once again I will send email to both mail ID. Parellelly I will check my bank also.

          Wait, you Will Definitely Get Reply under same reference number, Within Some working Days.

          Also you can contact IRCTC Over phone and Use the reference number for more details.

      Refund Process are Fully Automatic, Kindly Check your Banking Transaction again within the 15-20 days period of Cancellation.

      If Still you Found no Refunds, Send email to irctc Care through your Registered Email ID.

    I have tried to book tickets in IRCTC on 31 October 2017. (More than 11 days). But the ticket booking failed as there was no response from bank. However, Rs: 2195 has been debited from my bank account.. on checking the website, there is no record found in ‘Refund History’ tab
    The details available only in the ‘Failed Transaction’ folder and the status reflects as ‘Transfer Failed.’

      Normally Refunds take 7 Working Days, But atleast in Failed Transaction Status Must as Payment Settled or Etc.

      Anyway Hope you will Get your Refund till Next week Friday.

      As already Over Month, Please Check the Cancellation Status and Once Recheck your Bank Transaction.

      If Still you Not Found your Refund Send mail to IRCTC Care through your Registered Email ID mention the transaction details and PNR.
      After email you will Get quick Reply With Reference Number. Keep wait for some working days you will Get another reply with Complete details.

    I have tried to book ticket from irctc app. Failed 5times. 145rupess got cut 5 times from my debit card. 7days are over and my money is still not refunded.it has been a month since i wrote this complaint to irctc. they are not even responding. please refund my money.

      Except TDR All Refund Process are Automatic. Check the refund Status and also your Bank transaction.

      As 7 Working Days Over Hope you will Get refund this week.

      IRCTC Refund process fully Auto Process, Kindly wait 7 Working Days to complete process from IRCTC.

    I cancelled ticket on 02/11/2017 ,at irctc site ,it is showing refunded on 06/11/2017 but still not credited to my account.
