How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I have booked a ticket from lucknow to hz nizamuddin station on 6 jun ,travelling date 8 june, and amount Rs 2030.00 deducted from my bank account, But PNR not showed, Please refund my fare amount in my account as soon as possible!! journey is too necessary that’s why i have booked second time that ticket, this time successfully booked & deduted amount 2030 from the account….
    sir what about first deduction while ticket is not booked & pnr not showed.

      Please Check the List Failed Transaction and Check the Transaction was or what. If Failed or etc you may yourself check the status of transactions.

    I was booked tatkal ticket on 29/05/2017 but ticket generated with waiting list and it is canceled after chart prepared and I got the mail on dated 31/01/2017 from IRCTC for rufund amount but still I am not getting any refund amount, Please note following my ticket details,

    Cancellation/ Refund ID : 100000164117090
    Refund Amt : Rs. 3960

    Please credit refund amount urgently.

      You Will No Need to do anything.

      आप को कुछ करने की जरुरत नहीं हैं आप बस अपना Failed ट्रांसक्शन स्टेटस देख कर ये सुनिचित कर ले के आपका ट्रांसक्शन Failed हुआ हैं की नहीं.

      ट्रांसक्शन फेल्ड होने की स्तिथि में पूरा कटा हुआ पैसा १००% ५-७ आपके Account में वापस आ जायेगा.

      Refunds Status का प्रोसेस आप फेल्ड ट्रांसक्शन स्टेटस के द्वारा चेक कर सकते हैं.

    System showing refunded to KMB bank, I did the transection through Idbi card. Is there any mistake by them? I am still not receiving the money on my a/c.

    I booked tickets with transaction ID as 100000756923840. This tickets were cancelled and cancellation ID is 100000160584089. I am entitled for refund of Rs. 7200/-.
    Refund Status in Irctc website shows that amount is refunded on date 17.05.2017. But the same is not credited even after 17 days.

      Need to Check Properly because Refunds Take 5-7 Working days. Sometime Take 1-2 More days to reflect in Banking Transaction.

      Kindly Check properly and If Still Not Found then Send Email to IRCTC through your Registered Email ID this is one of the best way.

    CANCELLATION ID. 100000163330784 and PNR No 2232041981 and journey date is 27th may and i have registered with IRCTC with name of sonipjha i have issue regarding refund not received. Response received by them that it is already granted & we need to check it with our Bank. When i contacted bob Bank, Manager told me that refund is not received by them yet.
    Please guide me what can be done in this issue???

      Refunds Take time approx 5-7 Working Days to reflect in our Banking Transaction, Sometime take 1-2 more days to reflect in transaction.

    I have booked tickets in tatkal through debit card by multiple payments bank ….but they were in waiting list…They refunded amount to paytmag….i dont have any account in that bank.when I will get credited in my bank account.

    I was booking a ticket but transaction got failed & amount is deducted from payment done from my( some amt. From Paytm wallet & some from debit card) But now refund status says amount is transferred to PaytmSDK

    i booked a ticket on 11/5/2017,it was cancelled due to tqwl ,pnr-6601355866,transaction id-100000836443339,refund id-100000160046448,date of journey was 12/05/2017 and it was automatic cancelled sent refund money to paytmag on 15/05/2017,till date i didn’t get back my money to bank account .please check also spoke to paytm personal, his name is swapnil upadhay ,and case file no-30104955

      Once you Cancelled Ticket IRCTC Auto SMS Sent to the Passneger Mobile With the Refund Details. After Cancellation Refunds take 5-7 Working Days.

      In case E-Tickets Refund Initiated in Same Bank/Wallet Account (User Use Account at the of Booking) there is no another Way to Get Refunds.

    Sir l had done 3 tickets on different date 26 april 21 may and 21 may
    One ticket was cancelled on 15 may but till now my refunded amount didnt came in my account second one was cancelled on 21 same date

      Check the Status of Refunds, Refunds Take 5-7 Working Days. Check again your Bank Transactions. If Still Refunds Not Found Send Email through your Registered Mail ID to IRCTC. Email is Best Way to Get Quick and Proper Reply.

      Check the Failed Transaction Status through your IRCTC Account and Make Sure that the transaction Failed.
      If in your IRCTC Account Found Transaction under Failed Transaction then You need to no Worry it will Get Back 100% Refund Within 5-7 Working Days.
