How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I have booked three tickets on 17 april.. one of them i cancelled , rest two were not booked due to unavailability of desired seats.. the status shows amount refunded on 20 april but i havent received any.
    Have mailed at care@irctc.co.in but no response.
    Please help

    I booked train ticketes using IRCTC but I cancelled it due to change in plans. Now the refund status is showing refunded to PAYTMAG. What does it mean? It has been refunded on 6th april, and 5th april but it’s 27th april today and it is not refunded in my bank account. What should I do? The refund amount is very high, i.e. , 3000 Rs. almost for three tickets Please help me

      Check your Paytm Wallet OR Your Same Payment Bank Account Transactions, Because Refund Take 3-5 Working Days Only.

      If Found Not Credited then Contact IRCTC preferable Send Email through your Registered Email ID mention PNR and Transaction Numbers.

    I booked the tatkal ticket 17apri 2017 pnr 2230557146 this tickets is auto cancil but refund is not come in my account check refund status refund 21 St April but this refund is not get my account please help me sir

      Auto Cancel it means possible you booked an Waiting E-ticket. Anyway if you Booked Waiting E-ticket and After Charting Done Still Ticket Not Confirmed and Auto Cancel, The Refund Send to Same Account Within 2-4 Working Days as in Normal Refund Takes, For More details/status kindly check the refund status.

    Hi Guru’s,
    I want to track my transaction amount.

    On 6th of April2017,Due to network communication, my transaction got failed but amount got deducted from account. The same day i did two more transaction one is failed and other one not confirmed, Both transactions refunded back but one is unknown. Now how to track this, I called my ICICI bank got the transaction ID, Calling IRCTC but no one lifting or all calls are busy. Now how i trace where my money went.

    I booked ticket through IRCTC online app .. from chennai to palakkad … it deducted the amount but haven’t received ticket yet … in my last transaction details it shows “payment requested” what to do to get my ticket ??? Pls help …

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked train ticket from Varanasi to new delhi with pnr no-6500316122 and cancelled it on 13.04.2017 with transaction id-100000804955305 and it is being shown that the money is refunded to PAYTMAG Bank which i have not received in my bank and paytm wallet. Please refund my amount of Rs.1080/- as soon as possible.Please find the attached snap shots for reference.

    during app booking transaction failed but money deducted from bank a/c

    Sir I was booking a tatkal ticket on 15 April but tickets did not booked and amount deducted from my account still I am waiting for that my transaction ID was 20170415111039 and 20170415110917. please help me.

    I have failed transaction for booking a ticket on 14/4/2017 . My ticket is not booked but still my money has debited online.I have sent emails to care@irctc.co.in and etickets@irctc.co.in with transaction details but not received any reply. Yet I am waiting for refund. what should I do?

    In refund status shown amount refunded but amount is not credited into my bank account. Also I tried to contact with customer care of irctc but nobody pick my call

    I have failed transaction for booking a ticket on 14/4/2017 . My ticket is not booked ,no any PNR generated but still my money has debited online.
    I have sent emails to care@irctc.co.in and etickets@irctc.co.in with transaction details but not received any reply. Yet I am waiting for refund.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I booked E-ticket on 16th April 2017 and cancelled on the same day as ticket was not confirmed. After cancellation on site of IRCTC it has been notified as I would receive my refund payment of 2295/- and same thing I have received message from IRCTC on my contact no.

    On 17th April 2017, I checked IRCTC site and found that my refund has been done on 17th April itself but I have not received the said amount to my bank account. Its showing that the amount has been transferred to PAYTMAG which is not expected as I had paid during ticket booking through my bank debit card facility.

    Cancellation ID – 100000154305131

    PNR No – 8545610930

    Ticket Amount – 2360/- , Refund Amount – 2295/-

    I request to kindly work into this matter and revert back at the earliest

    I want my money to be actually refunded soon.

    I had booked a I-Ticket for my mother and a companion to travel from LKO to DDN on May 19th. PNR No 6665164135. Because my mother, despite being 89 years old, could not be given a lower berth, and her companion’s reservation was not confirmed, I cancelled the ticket on April 14. Cancellation ID:100000154022162. Your website shows the refund of Rs. 1720.00 to PAYTMAG on April 17. the credit should have gone to my ICICI bank account through which I had made the payment. I do not possess a PAYTM account. Please look into the matter and let me know the status at your earliest convenience.

    Respected sir/mam,
    I hav booked a tatkal e-ticket from Secunderabad to chandrapur on 12/4/17 and I had paid it through my UCo Bank account. Ticket was in waiting list. It didn’t get confirmed till the time of departure. Ticket was cancelled on 14/4/17. Refund status says money has been refunded to Paytm SDK but I am yet to receive a single penny of it.
    Sir pls look after it as soon as possible

    i booked a tatkal rajdhani ticket through irctc in wating list and got cancelled automatically after charting.irctc credited the amount to paytm but i haven’t received my amount from paytm.please refund the amount as early as possible.
