The BMTC app is available on android, Apple and Windows platforms even a month before it was launched. The app helps you to plan your trip which provides the route options, distance, travel time, which bus to board and timing of the buses and fare, given the source and destination details. Commuters can find the nearest bus stop or point of interest and choose his/her favourite bus route to get instant updates. There are complaint desk numbers to call to report.
However, m-indicator on the other hand is one stop shop for all mobility, women’s security, emergency services like hospitals, ambulances and fire brigade, property and movies etc.
