16859 Chennai – Mangalore derailed Statutory Inquiry
Train No.16859 Chennai Egmore – Mangalore express derailed between Puvanur – Vriddhachalam railway stations of Tiruchchirappalli Division of Southern Railway at about 02.05 hrs. on 04.09.2015.
In connection with this derailment, Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, Commissioner of Railway Safety, Southern Circle, Bangalore under the Ministry of Civil Aviation will hold a statutory inquiry at Officers Rest House, near Villupuram Railway Station, Villupuram commencing at 10.00 hrs. on 08.09.2015, Tuesday.
